Downloading and Unzipping Your Software for Windows & Mozilla Firefox Users
Note for Internet Explorer users: Click here for download using Internet Explorer
Note for Mac users: Mac computers will automatically unzip a zipped folder
Note: You may need to adjust your security/firewall settings for downloading files.


1. Click the Download Now link. If your Internet Browser is Mozilla Firefox
You will see a window that looks like this:



2. Make sure Save to Disk is selected and Click OK. A new window will appear that looks like this.



3. The file will begin to download. Notice at the bottom of the new window it says:
All files downloaded to: Desktop. (If your Mozilla Firefox browser is set to download
to a different directory you must go to that directory after the download to find your file.)
After file download is complete DO NOT CLICK OPEN. Please close the download window and go to your
desktop (or the the directory your file downloaded to). You will see a small icon that might look like this depending on which language you purchased.



4. Right click on the .zip file icon and a drop down menu will appear.
Move cursor over the 2nd Open With option and another menu will appear.
Please double left click Compressed (zipped) Folders

5. A new window will appear. Double left click on
Extract(unzip) All Files in the left column under Folder Tasks.

6. The Extraction(unzip) Wizard window will appear.
Please select Next.

7. Now make sure your folder/files will be extracted to your Desktop.
Where it says "Files will be extracted to this Directory" the last word should be Desktop.
Then click Next. A status bar will begin to come across the window to
show you your folder/files are being extracted(unzipped)

8. Once the folder/files are extracted(unzipped) the Finish window will appear .
UNCHECK show extracted files and then click Finish.
You will never have to unzip this file again.



9. The window will close and your unzipped folder will be on your desktop.
A new folder will be on your desktop and will look similar to the following image.




10. Double left click on this folder and a window with 4 folders will appear.
(Note: If only 1 folder appears double left click on it and the 4 folders should appear.)




11. Double left click on the 1st folder and the following icons will appear.




12. Double left click on the blue icon with an LW on it


Your course will start automatically.
Go back to this blue icon every time you want to use the course.
