Downloading and
Unzipping Your Software for Windows & Internet Explorer Users
Note for
Mozilla Firefox users: Click here for download using

Note for Mac users: Mac computers will automatically
unzip a zipped folder
Note: You may need to adjust your security/firewall settings for downloading files.
1. Click the
Download Now link. If your Internet Browser is Internet Explorer
You will see a window that
looks like this:
2. Click
SAVE. A new window will appear that looks like this.
3. Make sure the Save
In: is your Desktop. If it does not say Desktop, then click the drop down arrow
and select Desktop.
Click SAVE.
A new window will appear that looks like
this:
4. This
window will show the status of your download. When the download completes
you will see a window that looks like this: Do Not Click
Open
5. Click
CLOSE.
6. Now go to your Desktop and find your .zip file. You will see a
small icon that might look like this depending on which language you
purchased.
7. Right
click on the .zip file icon and a drop down menu will appear.
Move cursor
over the 2nd Open With option and another menu will appear.
Please
double left click Compressed (zipped) Folders
8. A new window will appear. Double left click
on
Extract(unzip) All Files in the left column under Folder
Tasks.
9. The Extraction(unzip) Wizard window will appear.
Please
select Next.
10. Now make sure your folder/files will be extracted to your
Desktop.
Where it says "Files will be extracted to this Directory" the
last word should be Desktop.
Then click Next. A status bar will begin to come
across the window to
show you your folder/files are being
extracted(unzipped)
11. Once the folder/files are extracted(unzipped) the Finish
window will appear .
UNCHECK show extracted files and then click
Finish.
You will never have to unzip this file again.
12. The window
will close and your unzipped folder will be on your desktop.
A new folder
will be on your desktop and will look similar to the following
image.
13. Double left
click on this folder and a window with 4 folders will appear.
(Note: If only 1 folder
appears double left click on it and the 4 folders should appear.)
14. Double left
click on the 1st folder and the following icons will appear.
15. Double left click
on the blue icon with an LW on it
Your course will start automatically.
Go back to this
blue icon every time you want to use the
course.
