INSTRUCTIONS

Swedish words will be presented like this: the Swedish for MUSHROOM is SVAMP (pronounced SVAMP). You imagine a large mushroom growing in a SWAMP, in your mind, AS VIVIDLY AS YOU CAN, for 10 seconds. Unless you picture the image for the full 10 seconds, you will not experience for yourself how amazingly effective the method is.
