be presented like this: the Polish for HERRING is
SLEDZ (pronounced SHLEDG). Imagine a HERRING pulling a SLEDGE,
in your mind's eye, AS VIVIDLY AS YOU CAN, for 10 seconds.
Unless you picture the image for the full 10 seconds, you will
not experience for yourself how amazingly effective the method
is.
