Norwegian words will be presented like this: the Norwegian for WATER is VANN (pronounced VAN). Imagine a VAN brings you WATER every day, in your mind, AS VIVIDLY AS YOU CAN, for 10 seconds. Unless you picture the image for the full 10 seconds, you will not experience for yourself how amazingly effective the method is.
