Issue: I can't seem to open the Survival
Course in my browser.
Solution: If you
experience any difficulty with this download or lose your
connection before the download is complete, use the link and
password from your e-mail receipt for a fresh download. Your
password will be valid for 2 day(s). If your computer can't
open Word files, let us know and we will email the Course to
you in a PDF format. You will then need to download the free
Adobe Acrobat reader (if you don't already have it) from www.adobe.com to open the PDF
file.
Issue: I have
inserted the CD Rom, but I get a 'RUN TIME 380 ERROR, Invalid
Property Value', what should I do?
Solution: Very rarely, certain
computers will cause the 'run-time 380 error' message. If you
receive this error, you will need to adjust your screen
area/resolution in your settings. Simply go to your Start
button, then hit Settings, then Control Panel, then Display,
then hit the Settings Tab (within the Display window), then
adjust the screen area/resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels by
sliding the bar to that position, then hit Apply or Enter to
save the adjustments. you may then insert your CD Rom and will
run
fine. |
