We offer 30 Linkword
Survival Courses - these are downloadable, vocabulary-only (no
audio, no grammar) courses that teach a targeted vocabulary of
approx. 200-300 words in 2-3 hours. These are not Books/CD
Roms/Cassettes that you will receive in the mail; they are Ebooks
that you will receive a link to and password in an email so you
may download after your purchase. We offer these in 30

Q: How do I receive the Survival Course that I
ordered?
After your purchase transaction is
approved, you will receive an immediate link to your downloadable
Survival Course. Click this link and your course will open in
your browser. Simply save the course to your computer.
You will have another chance to download your course in your order
receipt via email. This email is a receipt of purchase and
will also provide you with the link to access your Survival Course.
You can download the Survival Course(s) you have
ordered by clicking the link. Unforgettable Languages will not
send the products in any other way so make sure you make a backup
copy of the Course(s). If you experience any difficulty with this
download or lose your connection before the download is complete,
use the link from your e-mail receipt for a fresh download.
Your link will be valid for only 24 hours. Once the Course opens FULLY in your computer, you need
to save the course (click on File, choose a Folder to save the
program in, then click Save in the upper right hand of your
browser). This will save the course to your computer for future
re-accessing. If you cannot open this format, or
you are on a MAC computer, email us after your purchase with your
order number and we will email the course to you in PDF
format.
Q: What computer
hardware/operating system is required to run your Survival Courses?
You may download the Survival Courses to any
computer. The standard format is a Microsoft Word format, however if
this is not compatible with your system, you may email us after the
purchase with your order number and request a PDF format or a
simple TXT format. One of these 3 formats will work on any
computer.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue: I can't seem to open the Survival Course in my
browser.
Solution: If you experience any
difficulty with this download or lose your connection before the
download is complete, use the link from your e-mail receipt for a
fresh download. Your link will be valid for 24 hours. The
Course is in Microsoft Word format, if your computer can't open
Word files, let us know via email
