Questions About Shipping and Handling

WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!! Q: How long will it take to receive my CD Rom within the US and/or Internationally? Our shipping and handling department checks for electronic confirmation of your order multiple times throughout each day. Express orders go out by 2:00 pm (orders after 2:00 pm will ship the following business day), and all orders go out within 48 hours.  Orders after 2 PM Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. After the product leaves us, the shipping time depends on the type of postage you have selected and the destination.   We ship everything via USPS (United States Postal Service), this includes international orders. USPS does not provide tracking numbers on standard shipping, however USPS does provide tracking services for Express shipments nationally and internationally. For International Express, there MUST be someone at the shipping address to sign for the parcel, it will not be left at the door. Our shipping times are as follows: Within the United States: USPS Standard Shipping will arrive from 7-14 business days. USPS Express Shipping (this is NOT Always Overnight delivery) will arrive 2-3 business days. Orders after 2 PM Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Outside the United States: Outside USA Airmail will arrive in 8-14 business days. Outside USA Priority will arrive in 4-7 business days (this is NOT overnight delivery). Orders after 2 PM Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Q: Are the Survival Courses shipped and if so what are the shipping and handling charges? We offer 30 Linkword Survival Courses - these are downloadable, vocabulary-only (no audio, no grammar) courses that teach a targeted vocabulary of approx. 200-300 words in 2-3 hours. These are NOT Books/CD Roms/Cassettes that you will receive in the mail. They are electronic documents that you will receive a link to in an email so you may download after your purchase. We offer these in 30 languages. The full list of the 30 languages can be found at: www.unforgettablelanguages.com. After your purchase transaction is approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email.  This email is a receipt of purchase and will also provide you with the link and password to access your Survival Course. If you cannot open this format, or you are on a MAC computer, email us after your purchase with your order number and we will email the course to you in PDF format. Once the Course opens FULLY in your computer, you need to save the course (click on File, choose a Folder to save the program in, then click Save in the upper right hand of your browser). This will save the course to your computer for future re-accessing.
